Items Eligible for Return or Exchange

You may initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your item. To qualify:

  • The product must be in like-new condition if the box has been opened.
  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.

To be eligible for a full return or exchange:

  • Unopened items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Opened items must be in like-new condition, free of physical damage or signs of use.
  • All returns must include the original box and packaging.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on items that are not defective.
  • If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will apply under the following conditions:

  • The original packaging is missing or incomplete.
  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or cosmetic damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Physically damaged products due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Opened software, including Microsoft Windows or any other digital licenses.
